A regular on the Chef’s Table at Master Chef Professional as well as the winner of the BIBA Award and Restaurant Personality of the Year, his vision for Grand Trunk Road was to laud classic dishes with the finest ingredients and time-honoured cooking inspired by the sights, sounds smell and flavours of this famous route, as well as the vibrant atmosphere and community spirit that would have been felt by all who travelled it.

In order to mark the breadth of the journey, a bold vibrant symbol was created for Grand Trunk Road. The silhouette is a strong illustration combined with a circle: a pared-down reference to the historic colourful food journey, giving the new brand an independent yet meaningful mark.
